What's Customizable:
Your email signature can be tailored with your branding colors, logo, contact information, social media links, and promotional banners. You can choose from various layouts and design elements that reflect your company's visual identity.
Why Websafe Fonts Are Required:
Email signatures must use websafe fonts (like Arial, Times New Roman, or Verdana) because emails are viewed across countless different email clients - Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile apps, etc.
Each handles fonts differently, and if we use a custom font that someone's email client doesn't recognize, it will automatically substitute it with a default font, potentially breaking your design and making your signature look unprofessional.
The Responsive Design Requirement:
Your signature needs to look professional whether someone views it on their desktop Outlook, iPhone Gmail app, or any other email platform. This means we design it to automatically adjust and stack elements appropriately on smaller screens while maintaining readability and visual appeal.
Why These Limitations Exist:
Unlike web pages where we have more control over the viewing environment, email signatures exist in a fragmented ecosystem. Each email client interprets code differently, has different security restrictions, and supports different features. These technical constraints aren't arbitrary - they ensure your signature actually displays correctly for 100% of your recipients rather than looking perfect for some but broken for others.
The goal is creating a signature that maintains your professional brand consistently, regardless of how or where someone reads your emails.
