On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a menu. Look for the "Requests" section and click on it. This will take you to the request management page, where you can create and view your support requests.

Step 3: Create a new request

Once on the requests page, you will notice a "New Request" button at the top. Click on this button to start the process of submitting your support request.

Step 4: Choose "Support Request Form"

At the top of the new request form, you will see a dropdown menu labeled "Request Type." From the options available, select "Support Request Form". This will ensure that your request is directed to the appropriate team for assistance.

Step 5: Fill out the form

Now it's time to provide the necessary information for your support request. Start by adding a subject for your request. Be concise but clear in describing the issue you are facing.

Next, you'll come across a field labeled "Your Business Name". Please provide your business name in this field so that the support team can easily identify your account.

Move on to the "Urgency" field. From the available options, select the urgency level that best represents the seriousness of your issue. This will help the support team prioritize their response and provide you with the appropriate level of assistance.

In the field "What is this request related to?", provide as much detail as possible about your concern. The more information you provide, the better equipped the support team will be to understand and address your issue. You can also upload any related images or screenshots to further assist in explaining the problem.

Step 6: Submit your request

Once you have completed the form and ensured that all the necessary information has been provided, click on the submit button. Congratulations, your support request has been submitted!
